Easter Lemon Blueberry - blueberry confit, lemon cheesecake cream topped with a layer of subtle, refreshing lemon gelee. Easter cakes decorated with butterflies and eggs.

Storage & Serving Recommendations

Store below 4 degrees centigrade. Remove cake from fridge 15-20 minutes prior to serving to allow cake to soften (room temperature only )
